I had been informed by the physio at my surgery that there was nothing they could do for me as I needed surgery not physio on my shoulder after my dog had made me fall badly onto the road from the pavement. I really didn’t want to have surgery if I could help it so I chose to see Mula at Frinton. He gave me a series of exercises to do at home as well as undergoing intensive treatment from him for just a few weeks. Within no time my arm was much easier to move and my shoulder was a lot less painful. I am now completely back to normal and have absolutely no pain or stiffness. I was absolutely amazed at the difference he made in such a relatively short period of time! Hopefully I won’t have another nasty accident like that one again, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Mula to treat me again. Absolutely worth his weight in gold!
